I've been working with Dan Hock for over a year.  He has really helped me see things in my business that I was not focused on.  I'm busy 12 hours a day, and honestly, I didn't feel I had the time for a consultant.  Turns out - that's the reason I needed one!  Dan has so much experience, I felt very comfortable to talk about things I didn't even know were bothering me - he's almost like a business therapist!  He encouraged me to look at expanding my product lines, and explained in detail why I could afford it.  He also explained things in my financial statements that I didn't know I didn't know!  I consider Dan to be an integral part of my company, and lean on him whether it's a quick legal question (should I talk with my attorney about this), an employee problem, or a big picture business idea I have at 3am!

When I met Dan Hock, I thought he could help me do some financial projections, source some new products, and help with some partnerships I had been thinking about.  What I didn't know was how I would come to rely on him when I found out my CPA was bad, my bookkeeper was worse, and my attorney was giving me wrong information!  Dan has a great network of proven professionals, and he held my hand to get a new CPA, a new attorney, and he has taken over doing my bookkeeping.  I am a creative person, and while I thought I was also a business person, I have realized that's not my strong suit!  Dan has become my business person - I ask him about anything related to finance, bookkeeping, taxes, legal and HR.  I'm free to focus on building my business, knowing Dan will be there to caution me if I start to mis-step, and counsel me through anything that comes up - good or bad!
